Rockstar Games has announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, an official soundtrack of 34 original tracks made with Atlantic Records. It arrives Nov. 19, the same day as the game, and pre-saves are open on all major streaming services.

The announcement went up on the Rockstar Newswire on Sept. 17. Six of the 34 songs are available to stream right now, which leaves 28 tracks still unrevealed.

The six singles out now

These are the songs Rockstar has confirmed so far:

Rockstar's own post describes the album as a "genre-defying roster" capturing the energy of Vice City and Leonida. The lineup so far spans hip-hop, country, electronic, Latin and rock.

Vinyl and CD editions

Physical copies are available to pre-order. Three formats are exclusive to the official album site: a limited-edition liquid-filled vinyl, a splatter vinyl, and a CD jewel case. Each carries its own artwork and packaging that echoes the game's visual style.

Retailer-exclusive vinyl pressings are also planned, each with its own colorway and poster. Pricing reported by GameSpot puts the CD at $19.98, the standard vinyl at $49.98, and the limited-edition vinyl at $124.98. Check the official store for current pricing in your region.

The game itself will not ship on a physical disc, but its soundtrack will.

What this album is, and isn't

This is a standalone collection of original songs, not the game's full radio lineup. The in-game radio stations will almost certainly carry a much larger set of licensed tracks that never appear on the album. That is how the series has traditionally handled its music, and Rockstar hasn't said otherwise.

The album also builds on music already heard in the game's marketing. Songs from the August "Extended Look" and earlier trailers have been catalogued separately by fans and outlets, and those are a different set from the 34 album tracks.

A note on unverified tracklists

Tracklists claiming to reveal more of the 28 unannounced songs have started circulating online. Rockstar has not confirmed any of them, and we are not repeating them here. Until Rockstar or Atlantic announces more names, treat any extra artists as rumor.

What to watch for next

The album lands Nov. 19 alongside Grand Theft Auto VI on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. We'll update this story when Rockstar reveals more of the tracklist.
